A: Yes, the tingling effect is what makes your ups appear fuller. If the tingling sensation is too strong, then wipe it off and rinse the area to reduce sensation. If this persists, apply the product in minimal amounts to reduce tingling effect.
Q: Can I apply a base lip product prior to applying the lip plump?
A: We do not recommend applying a base lip product because the lip plump is already tinted. But, you may apply our product to add more shine on top of your base lip product—this product can also be used as a gloss.
